CD Baby, my online seller for digital downloads and discs, has recently closed its online store. I am investigating other ways to conduct online sales, but haven't set anything up yet. In the meantime, here are other ways to obtain my book and CDs:

Off the stage at events where I'm playing. Eventually I will be leaving the house again.
Mail order. Two ways:
1. Print out an order form here, fill it in, and pop it in the mail to me with a personal check. Prices are on the form.
2. Send me an email containing the information on the order form (including name, address, items, and costs) and pay via PayPal. I will give you information in my reply.
